Cold Brew

Coarse, no heat, twenty-four hours, two ingredients.

The thing we became known for. Our production method used coarse coffee, filtered water, twenty-four hours in a chilled room, one filtration, and nothing else in the bottle. The bottles are planned for 2027; until then, our current guides label house methods as house methods and keep food safety ahead of nostalgia.

What’s the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?
We spent four years making one of these. We have opinions, and one of them is that both are fine.
What ratio should I use for cold brew?
Concentrate or ready-to-drink, with the dose and dilution worked out before the jar goes into the fridge.
